The team at PiP always help you make the best decisions.

We bring integrity, transparency and a genuine understanding of the market to all our partnerships.

When we set up PiP in 2012 we understood first-hand the difficulty of hiring brilliant senior talent in the competitive, fast-moving content production industry. After many years working in-house in independent production companies, our team knows that critical hires are often made hastily from existing pools of known talent.

We vowed to do things differently with PiP. We work hard to expand your network for you and keep tabs on the best in the business so that when you need to make a hire, we’re plugged into the people you need. The legacy of how we help our clients has shown that it’s the right approach: people stay in the jobs we find for them.
