Our client is looking for a Director of Programmes. This role is critical to the success of the company and will play a significant role in the creative direction and commercial success of the premium, unscripted production company. The Director of Programmes is responsible, with the CCO and for setting, steering and overseeing all the programmes and supporting the CCO. The person in this role will ensure that the programmes are produced and delivered to the highest standard. This requires building collaborative and professional relationships with the networks and commissioning editors.
The Director of Programmes will oversee the Executive Producers, but may be responsible for Executive Producing programmes as requested by the CCO. They will be responsible for the journey of the programme from its inception to final delivery to the broadcaster. It is essential that they have a strong editorial vision and flair for the programme and that you can professionally and successfully articulate the needs of the programme to the broadcaster, whilst being compliant to broadcast and legal regulations. They must also have a meticulous eye for detail.

WE ARE PiP are looking for a Creative Producer / Head of Creative (title TBC) to join the inhouse creative team at one of the most prestigious, Global Record Labels.
In this broad and varied role, the incoming Creative Producer will be working closely with the Creative Director as well as managing the rest of the creative team. Specifically, you will be responsible for guiding the development of a TV documentary series and working with a creative agency to design and deploy a national awareness raising campaign. Other creatively led projects may require your attention too – but this will be determined once you’re in post and there is time to assess capacity and priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- – Work with a shortlist of TV production companies to develop a landmark documentary series that raises national awareness of the importance of early childhood.
